End of Autumn Notes






Autumn Notes, a Music Literacy programme for children and their parents ended in Sligo Central Library on Thursday 7th December 2017.

The ten week programme delivered by music tutor Lorraine Howley, was designed to enable children and parents to discover music together.

Participants listened to a variety of music by a range of composers. They also gained an introduction to music technology, composition and how to read and write music notation.

Autumn Notes was a partnership between Sligo County Libraries and Music Generation Sligo as part of Creative Ireland Sligo.
