Join us at Sligo Library for Chair Yoga with Louise Waters
Friday the 10th of November at 12.30pm
This gentle chair Yoga class to aid flexibility, strength, mobility & body awareness. This nourishing practice is suitable for all abilities, including those who are now working from home, spend a lot of time at desks, sitting or have limited mobility. During the class we will gently stretch and move the body and explore breathing techniques to aid relaxation and mental wellbeing.
