Creative Sligo Open Call Funding 2024

Sligo County Council’s Culture and Creativity Strategy 2023-2027 has as its central policy objective the wish to enable creativity in every community in County Sligo. The Creative Sligo Open Call is an opportunity for the cultural sector, community groups, artists and creatives to apply for funding in order to work collaboratively with communities, places of interest and latest technologies in realising the vision of Creative Ireland, in 2024.

Funding applications may be submitted to support the following Culture and Creativity themes:

  • Creative Place
  • Creative Economy
  • Creative Communities
  • Climate Action, Biodiversity and Environment
  • Creative Youth 

CLOSING DATE:  26th March 2024, 4 p.m.

Tugann Gairm Oscailte Sligeach Ildánach deis don earnáil chultúir, do ghrúpaí pobail, d’ealaíontóirí agus do dhaoine cruthaitheacha iarratas a chur isteach ar mhaoiniú chun oibriú i gcomhar le pobail, áiteanna tábhachtacha and leis na teicneolaíochtaí is úire le fís Éire Ildánach a bhaint amach in 2024.

About the Creative Ireland Programme

A five-year Sligo Culture and Creativity Strategy 2018-2022 has been published by Sligo County Council. A key element in this strategic plan is to enable creativity in every community. The Creative Sligo Open Call is an opportunity for the cultural sector, community groups, artists and creatives to apply for funding in order to work collaboratively with communities, places of interest and latest technologies in realising the vision of Creative Ireland, in 2021.

The closing date for applications was Tuesday 30th March 2021, 5PM*.
