Join poet Anthony Anaxagorou to explore creative writing, with a focus on crafting interesting and unusual imagery, phrasing, and narrative for both poems and prose. You’ll have a chance to explore more figurative ways of using images, symbols, and inferences in your writing. During this workshop, we’ll focus on exploring our own lives, experiences, and sensibilities as inspiration for our writing.

Anthony is an award-winning writer whose work has appeared on BBC, Channel 4 and Sky Arts. He has recently published a book on writing called How to Write It (Penguin, 2020) and his poetry collection was listed as a Guardian and Telegraph book of the year.

This virtual workshop is hosted live and can only be accessed at the time specified by registered attendees.
