Described as ‘…a startling new talent,’ Caragh Maxwell’s  essay,  ‘Anatomy of a Sinking Ship’,  was published in the Irish Times in February to huge acclaim. Her short story ‘Spelunking’ will be featured  in the Irish Times Summer Fiction Series and she’ll be appearing in the Emerging Writers Showcase at Listowel Writer’s Week in late May. Maxwell is student on The BA Writing and Literature programme at IT Sligo.
