The LGMA, on behalf of the CCMA, will be administering a customer satisfaction survey at one designated library branch per local authority.
Sligo Central Library and Ballymote Community Library have been selected as a designated branches for the Sligo authority.
- The purpose of the survey is to assess the quality of their engagement with library staff and the physical environment during their visit to Sligo Central Library.
- The surveys are anonymous
- Participation in the survey is voluntary
The survey will be in two formats:
- Physical (paper)
- Digital

QR codes have been created using a link for the survey URL and are displayed throughout
A link has been put on the Sligo Library website welcome scroller: https://link.localgov.ie/rfhllc
Participants can select their preferred language to view the survey:
Physical:
The physical formats will be available at the Sligo Central Library desk and notice area. A secured box is available to deposit completed surveys.
The paper handout and the digital version of the survey are both available in two languages – English and Irish.
